Explosion Proof Cameras
Designed for the Hazardous area rated environment (explosion proof), these tough cameras are built to withstand the abuse in such an industrial application. The certified enclosures house only state-of-the-art technology. High resolution image sensors integrated with precision optics give you a clean and clear view of your operation with the appropriate environmental protection. This technology allows for greater reliability with less maintenance.
Corrosion Resistant Stainless Steel Cameras
When typical security grade cameras are used in a harsh corrosive atmosphere, typical in the industrial facility, corrosive gases leak into the enclosure and eat away at the delicate electronics and optics causing premature failure. The ICSS series cameras solve this issue once and for all. The totally sealed, stainless steel enclosure protect the internal components from harmful gases and corrosion. This is the obvious choice for a more reliable camera in a corrosive application including offshore use. We use only 316 stainless steel. Beware of other cameras on the market that claim stainless steel but when you look closely at the specifications they are 304 stainless steel at best. 304 is a good grade for light duty, residential use but will certainly rust and degrade in an industrial or marine environment.
Heavy Duty General Purpose Cameras
Not all applications require special certifications or protection, but the industrial environment still offers many dangers that will destroy the average security grade camera. Our heavy duty series offers all aluminum, very robust cameras to withstand the abuse that comes naturally in the industrial world. Totally sealed air/water tight. NEMA 4/IP66 rated. These cameras are just plain tough.
It has long been a desire to be able to see inside a vessel or reactor without having to go out and physically go look into the sight glass. All of our fixed mount cameras are available in a vessel mount version. With a simple bracket that attaches to one of the sight glass bolt, the camera slides right up to the sight glass to give the operator a remote view. Some applications require lighting as well. Therefore, we offer high performance LED lighting systems housed in similar enclosures to illuminate those dark vessel interiors. Cooling options are also available. Available in both analog and IP versions.
High Temperature Cameras
There are many applications where the ambient temperature is above the normal 120 degree Fahrenheit maximum of the standard cameras. Our high temperature cameras have a variety of cooling options that will enable them to withstand temperatures up to 500 degrees F (260 C). Cooling options include standard air purging, Vortex cooling tube, insulating jacket and even a special water jacket that will keep the camera at a cool and reliable operating temperature.
We offer a variety of lighting options for various environments. Both hazardous area rated and just plain heavy duty. Our high output LED lights offer bright light at low power consumption and longer life than conventional incandescent lighting. These lights can be used as standalone units in conjunction with our various cameras or as a vessel mounted version to illuminate the interior of a vessel in order for the camera to properly see inside.
